           Hi friends, yesterday for some reason I couldn't upload the blog. Very very sorry for this. I announce, from today I'm going to tell you some amazing facts about technology on every Sunday. So let's get start our #1 blog about some interesting facts of tech.

1)The first computer was almost 2.5 meter high and weighted nearly 30,000kg.

        How small computers are today. All computers work are now done by smartphones.

Now that logo of Apple company that was before formerly falling the Apple on head of sir Issac Newton.

There are 35 billion Google searches each month. In May 2019, the top three most Gooogled words, were, "facebook" with 233 million searches, "Youtube" with 194 million searches and "amazon" with 103 million searches.

4) The first alarm clock should only ring at one time.

Literally,one Tim! The first mechanical alarm clock only ring at 4.00 am invinted by Levi Hutchins in 1787.

5) Over 6,000 new viruses are created and realesed every month.

This number has drastically risen since 1990, at which point there only 50 know computer viruses. Please spread awareness about technology.

6) NASA's internet speed is 91GB per second.

The Average household internet speed are roughly 25MB per second. That's usually fast enough to watch Netflix with no buffer time.
And let's face the fact, if there's any tech company that would actually make good use of them internet speeds it NASA.

7) Yahoo's original name was a mouthful.

               The original URL for Yahoo was akebono.standard.edu
The name Yahoo was selected because it was derived from Gulliver's Travels slang,"Yahoo" which was a fractional race of beings in the book.

8) Google uses the same amount of energy as 2,00,000 homes.

           It's no surprise this tech power house need a lot of power!
           That accounts for about 0.013% of the entire world's energy use.
           And while not all of their energy is from wind and solar, they purchases carbon off sets which leaves them with no carbon foot print. Think about it friends so many energy used by Google.

9) Over 90% of the world's currency is digita.

Between credit card, debit card, direct deposit and online payments apps that leaves only about 8% of global currency to be physical money.
       
10) Until 2010, carrier pigeons were faster than the internet.

            When comparing upload speeds, a test was done to fly a carrier pigeon with a USB stick 50 miles to an internet provider, while racing against an internet upload.
             The pigeon made it in just over an hour, while the upload took over two hours.
